Victor the Florist has utilized a vast network of local florists to create and deliver your floral gift since 1948. In order to ensure that your floral gift is delivered on the same day, you must post your order by NOON Recipient's Time.

Refund Policy

Every floral gift we sell is carefully constructed and inspected to the highest standards before it is delivered. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your gift is delivered. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
